Miss Mollie is a rescue dog. She was fostered by Ron and Maggie Gallop until a new home was found for her. She settled so well that they decided to adopt her. Mollie’s original family included two young children and Mollie was taking a lot of time and attention away from them. If you stood near her she growled in a threatening manner. She is a very independent dog and a fearless explorer – but still a little wary of people she doesn’t know. Mollie has a natural instinct to run to hock and seems to really enjoy working as a road dog. As her owners’ daughter rides, she entered the 2009 trials, gained her bronze Road Dog award and was awarded Best Rescue Dog.
