Flame is out of our georgeous girl Shadow, and although she is our little show dog too she was always to be our next member of the road team above anything else. She enjoys obedience work and has passed her Gold KC Good Citizen Award, as well as displaying the good citizen scheme too. After previously training her mum with a carriage that is what we decided to have a go at this time. Now she is fully developed and mature at almost 3 we enjoy long distance biking and have each others full trust to do road work safely. She gained her Bronze Carriage dog and 1st place groom handler at Yorkshire 2009 only 7 weeks after having babies herself. Then only a few weeks later continued on to get her Silver Carriage Dog and 3rd place Groom Handler at the Nationals 2009. A real natural she adapts to whatever I ask of her and loves her work. We look forward to an enjoyable future with her. We are Very proud of her achievements so far Especially to adapting to whatever carriage or driver we may have at each different event, it is not always an easy task :) Many thanks to all our drivers and horses who make all our competing possible. In 2009 Flame qualified as a Silver Carriage Dog in the Groom Handler class and got third in that class.
